Construction Inspector
The primary duties of a Construction Inspector position include conducting and documenting observations of contraction as it progresses. Conducting or coordinating field materials sampling and testing, including, but not limited to concrete slump and air testing, casting concrete test cylinders, performing in place soil compaction testing. Monitors, record, and inspects progress on construction projects, etc.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
- 3+ years overall experience as a Construction Inspector.
- ACI and ATTI certifications are required.
- Proven problem solving and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This position typically requires successfully passing drug-screening procedures prior to being hired; thereafter subject to random and cause drug and alcohol testing
